Carisma delivers Executive MBA training in Business Strategy at NEU Business School, Hanoi (Vietnam)
Carisma's CEO, Dr. Marco Busi, was invited by the Business School at the National Economics University, to design and deliver a course on Business Strategy on their e-MBA.
By gaining a deeper understanding of what strategy means, how is defined and implemented, participant will gain a deeper understanding of both the internal and external environments that their businesses operate in, this in turn will push themto challenge theircurrent assumptions and to think creatively about how best to focus their resources in order to succeed. The primary objective of this module is to equip students to think strategically and to understand the key elements of formulating, implementing and evaluating strategic management decisions.
