The Supply Chain Council invited Carisma RCT at their Annual European Conference, to deliver the Keynote presentation: "Intelligent Outsourcing" together with the University of Strathclyde and the Centre for Business Process Outsourcing.

The presentation focuses on Dr. Busi's research on outsourcing decision making and the project he led when Centre Manager of CBPO co-funded by Scottish Enterprise and the EPSRC.

Douglas Kent, Conference Chair and C.E.O. eKNOWtion (Chicago, London)commenting on Busi's presentation, stated that it was "Definitely one of the best keynotes of the event!"
