RCT stands for Research, Consulting and Transformation.

The business was founded in 2007 as the logical consequence of the long-standing professional relationship between the directors. Privately funded, Carisma RCT has seen a rapid development in the first year of opeartion. Headquartered in Dingwall (Scotland), the business operates internationally with an office in Italy (Brescia) as well.
